Directors are elected by the membership, at the fall meeting, to staggered three-year terms. Vacancies are filled by the remaining directors or by the membership.
Officers are appointed by the board with indefinite terms. It is current practice that the Chief Manager be a director.
The peering committee is responsible for coordinating with new participants and maintaining our PeeringDB entry. Members of the peering committee are appointed by the board with indefinite terms.
The technical committee is responsible for the operation of the MICE Equipment (excluding remote switches). Members of the technical committee are appointed by the board with indefinite terms.
The web committee is responsible for this website, the Facebook page, and the LinkedIn group. Members of the web committee are appointed by the board with indefinite terms.
